1. Barnav as intermediary

All communication between shipper and driver goes through Barnav support only. Exchanging contact details or making direct deals is not allowed.

2. Sign-up and approval

Accounts are activated after a call and review by support. False information or documents lead to rejection or blocking.

3. Publishing loads

No load is published without review and approval by support. Barnav may correct load details for accuracy.

4. Rates and commission

The final rate is set by support. The shipper pays the final rate to Barnav and Barnav settles the driver's share.

5. Cancellation and penalties

Cancellations must be reported through support. Cancellation fees or penalties are recorded only by support, with a stated reason.

6. Documents and temperature

Drivers must submit each stage's documents and reefer temperature on time. Missing documents can hold the next trip stage.
